RETURN

You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it. Please send an email to care@solavejewellry.com with your order number for more information on how to process a return.

Please return item(s) in a saleable, unworn, and undamaged condition in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please do not send items outside of this time frame, or they will be refused.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a free return label. The delivery fee for the items sent for return belongs to the customer.

Your delivery costs cannot be refunded. Refund is the same as the order paid.

If you have damaged your items or they show signs of wear, we cannot accept a return - they must be in a resealable condition.

FAULTY GOODS

 All of our products are carefully checked before they are lovingly packaged.

 If for any reason your item is faulty or has been damaged in transit, please get in touch immediately via care@solavejewellry.com. Attaching an image of the item in the email will speed the process along. Please do this within 24 hours of receiving your item.

 If it has been 24 hours since the delivery date, we cannot assist, and the products are considered "misuse by the buyer."

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The parcel will be returned to us.

When the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the items.

Delivery charges are not refundable.

If you still want the items, you need to create a new order.
