Shipping Rates and Delivery Areas

  Domestic Shipping (United States Only)

We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, and American Samoa).

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to expand our shipping options in the future.

Processing Time

Order Processing: 1-2 business days

All orders are carefully processed and packaged within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 9:00 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

Holiday Processing: During peak seasons and holidays, processing time may extend to 2-3 business days. We will notify customers of any delays via email.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days

Once your order ships, you can expect delivery within 3-7 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location and local postal service schedules.

•Each piece is individually wrapped and placed in the box

•Items are secured with cushioning material in a sturdy shipping box

•All packages are discreetly packaged with no external indication of jewelry contents

Insurance and Liability

•All shipments are automatically insured up to $100 at no additional cost

•Orders over $100 include full insurance coverage for the declared value

•We are not responsible for packages marked as "delivered" by the carrier

•Signature confirmation is required for orders over $200

Order Tracking and Communication

Tracking Information

•You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information within 24 hours of shipment

•Track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier's website

•Signature Required: Orders over $200 require an adult signature (21+) for delivery

•Safe Delivery: We recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to receive the package

Undelivered Packages: If you are not available to receive your package, the carrier will typically:

•Leave a delivery notice with pickup instructions

•Attempt redelivery on the next business day

•Hold the package at the local facility for pickup

•P.O. Boxes: Accepted for orders under $200 (signature confirmation not available)

•Military addresses (APO/FPO): Currently not available

Expedited Shipping Options

While we currently offer standard shipping only, we understand that sometimes you need your jewelry sooner.

Rush Processing:

•Available upon request for urgent orders

•Additional $10 rush processing fee

•Guarantees same-day processing for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST

Future Expedited Options: We are working to add expedited shipping options, including 2-day and overnight delivery. Please contact us if you have urgent delivery needs, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

•Address changes: Must be requested within 24 hours of order placement

•Order cancellations: Available until the order ships

•Item modifications: Contact us immediately; changes may not be possible once processing begins

After Shipping

•Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once shipped

•Refused packages will be returned to us, and return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund
